Click on the cover below to download the Report by the Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela, on the investigation into allegations of impropriety and corrupt practices relating to the awarding of contracts for goods and services by the Limpopo Department of Roads and Transport.
It’s a long read but helpful to choose specific sections from the Contents list. Notably, “The Public Protector is accordingly of the view that the crime of fraud has been committed.” According to the Mail & Guardian, the Hawks are still investigating but some Malema properties have already been seized.

Our goal is a safer Knysna. Our police and municipality have failed to put the public first, not only refusing transparency and accountability but issuing bizarre statements such as crime is down. If anything, the statistics are being dumbed down and bad cops have permeated the justice system.
